| Scheduled Maintenance Notice, May 31, 2025
We would like to inform you about a possible interruption to your Bravenet services on May 31st, 2025 for an estimated 1 to 3 hours. The window for this will be sometime between 11pm ET to 9am ET.
Our datacenter location is planning to do work (repairs and maintenance) on one of their UPS units which powers areas of our equipment. The UPS units assist in redundancy when there is loss of power or a similar event. Due to the work being done, utility power and generator backups will not be available.
This will impact your Bravenet services, including Web Hosting, SiteBlocks Site Builder, Email, DNS, webtools, our main website, and Customer Support, among other areas of our site and service.
Our administration team, along with engineers from the data center, will be on standby and are taking additional precautions to ensure that this work is completed safely and promptly.
To prevent potential data loss or corruption, we will be shutting down essential equipment during this maintenance.
The datacenter operations team has scheduled this maintenance outside of regular business hours to reduce the impact on your organization.
Please be assured that both our teams will take all necessary precautions and will strive to minimize the downtime as much as possible. However, this maintenance is essential to guarantee ongoing reliability at the datacenter location.
