After the images displayed on computer screens, scanning resolution only determines the size of the image
The key is that the dpi or ppi
means pixels per inch, which means that if you look 6 inches at 100 dpi (or 1
inch to 600 dpi), you must create 600 pixels, which displays on a screen 600
pixels in size. We think an important decision, which shows in more detail,
and although it is generally true (within reason) is because it makes the
image larger. But we are still very limited by our output device, and often do
not qualify for the maximum resolution. The images are huge and our screens
are simply not big enough. If you do not know your screen size, Windows - Start - Settings - Control Panel - Display icon - Settings tab to view or modify. Or Macintosh, the Apple control panel on the screen. popular video settings screen size is 640x480 or 800x600 pixels in 14-inch monitors 800x600 or 1024x768 pixels by 15-inch monitors of 1024x768 pixels or 1152x864 for 17-inch monitors 1152x864 or 1280x1024 pixel 19-inch monitors
